COMMUNITY RULES/REGULATIONS: Some communities have rules and regulations that become part of the guests Terms and Conditions of Occupancy.

The “Terms & Conditions of Occupancy “, according to the community rules that apply are provided to tenant and should be signed before check-in.

ALL RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:
• Total Rental Rate
• €500 Security Deposit  (refundable)
• €50 Departure Cleaning Fee .
• Additional charges if any, for specific need.

Reservations require an initial €300 reservation deposit that is applied toward the entire reservation. Upon receipt of initial reservation deposit, a confirmation with payment due dates will be mailed to the principal party named on the reservation.

CHECK-IN TIME : Sunday  3PM-5PM ( sooner check-in is possible, under request )

CHECK-OUT TIME : Saturday  8AM-10AM ( later check-out is possible, under request )
